This is a warning to all that by tickets on-line. These companies are owned by the same person David Prandi. This person in my opinion is a un-ethical, rude and is entirely un-customer friendly. I would suggest never buying tickets from these companies. I would rather pay more money then deal with un-ethical companies. This guy even threatened me by e-mail...When I come to Colorado, me and some friends will stop on by and say hi. Maybe we can talk in person about your complaints. In the first e-mail that got this whole thing going he calls me a fool...You see, fools like you blow it. I told you I sold out but that I would call you when we get more in. Guess what.... more just came in. Another guess.... you aren't getting any. Report all you want. Realize, a bad report shows up as a positive. But you probably don't know that. NEXT TIME! PAY ON TIME! Pay on time, that is all the man can say, the problem is he is unable to follow instructions. I e-mailed him on March 18, explained that I still wanted the tickets, but he would need to set up the paypal by March 19 as I was going out of town and would not have access to a computer. He ignored the e-mail and set up the paypal on March 20th. When I got back in town I checked paypal, it was there, I paid for the tickets, because he hadn't canceled the order yet. The next day I got an e-mail that he refunded my money. So like in the first e-mail I sent to him I told him that I was going to report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I tried to call him and talk about this. All he said is you have to pay on time, that he was out of tickets and that he would call me if he got anymore. I proceeded to tell him that I already reported them to the BBB and he said good luck and hung up. Nice customer service. He then in several e-mails proceeds to call me a child, fool and stupid. I never in any e-mail called him a name, was rude or didn't say exactly what steps I was taking. So who is the child here.......hum, not me. I did report this to the BBB the complaint number is 57056742. I also told him that I was turning in the e-mails to the DA because a threat, even in e-mail is illegal. And since he got my name, address and phone number from the company, that the company would most likely be in trouble now too. I think that I will file a lawsuit for harassment, threats and slander. That should get his attention.

I'm thinking of changing my LJ from just a journal to a photo journal. I haven't been posting that much and thought this was a good idea to try. I've really been getting into my new digital camera and I have always loved photography. [info]altoidsaddict if you have time, would you be willing to help me with this a little on my days off? Maybe I could take you out to lunch and talk about it sometime? Anyway, if anyone has any comments about this let me know.

Tell me if this statement from an e-mail of procedures at work makes any sense to any of you out there:
2. If the e-mail indicates that the CC Prod backups failed, you need not waste time calling the UNIX DBA on-call person, which is usually {insert name}. If no response, call {insert name} ASAP.

This was on an e-mail that I had to initial and ask the person who sent it what they meant by it and was told that you write differently then you talk...DUH! But first you must be able to write so that other can comprehend it.

Some people never find it
Some only pretend
But I just want to live
Happily ever after, now and then

Jimmy Buffett: Where is Joe Merchant?

Just finished the book and loved every minute of it. A great action-adventure and love story in one.

Another one:

If you figure out that you don't
need to figure it all out, you are
finally getting your shit together.

Well have discovered that if I don't go to the bar so much, then I don't spend as much money. What a concept. Anyway my drinking has been cut down considerably, which is a good thing. Smoking? Working on it. Trying not to think about it. If I want one, I am trying to wait at least 10 min. before I do. Sign the contract for the new house on Sunday. All I have to say is "WOW".

Well good news. We are pre-approved for $215,000 and we can get our house. Still a nervous wreck though.

New News: Just put a deposit down on a lot for a new house. I'm very nervous. My acid reflux is back and it's not helping my smoking either. Excited and anxious. Over half way through "Where is Joe Merchant?" in only two days. That's great for me.

Well smoking has not gone down much today. Very busy day at work. Hard to keep up today. Started reading a book that my mother-in-law gave me and I haven't been able to put it down. Jimmy Buffett: Where is Joe Merchant.

My mom has to go to Missouri for a funeral of a friend. She has had cancer for a while now and was not doing well.

Went fishing on Wednesday and caught a 14" Rainbow Trout. Had a good day of fishing. Between my friend and I we caught 3 Trout.

Fortune cookie for today: You show your true face to the people who really matter.

Isn't that ironic!
